Poor Hit Hardest by School Lockdowns

Poor children suffer more from school closures than their classmates, falling even further behind in Sats, GCSEs and A-levels. The impact was greater in primary schools than secondary. All children, not just those taking national tests and examinations, will have been affected and some will still be in schools in the 2030s. Is there a cure for education’s Long Covid?
