Diane joined the University in May 2021, before moving to the Higher Education sector, Diane worked in the hospitality sector where she spent 20 years working for Jarvis Hotels and then latterly Jupiter Hotels as Head of HR.
Diane is a member of the CIPD and has a MA in Human Resource Management from Buckinghamshire New University.
Diane is a member of the University Executive Team and is responsible for strategic and operational HR management. Diane and the HR Team aim to deliver a proactive service supported through the delivery of the HR Strategy, aligned to the University’s Strategic Plan.
