I accept that if I do not fully comply with these requirements The University of Buckingham shall have the right to cancel my application and I shall have no claim against them. I understand that this application and all supporting documents become the confidential property of The University of Buckingham Admissions Office and will not be returned, copied or released with the exception of examination certificates. I give permission to The University of Buckingham to contact previous institutions that I have studied at for verification if necessary.

Personal data collected on this form will only be processed in accordance with The University of Buckingham’s Data Protection Policy and Privacy Notice. If I require a visa to study at The University of Buckingham, I give permission for The University of Buckingham to share my personal information with the Home Office for visa purposes. I also give permission to the Home Office to provide personal data to The University of Buckingham if the university needs to determine my visa status in the UK.
