Discounts

Only one discount can be applied per student. We will apply whichever qualifying discount is greatest.

Family discount

If two or more members of the same immediate family are studying concurrently at Buckingham, a family discount of 5% will be applied to the tuition fees of the second and subsequent student(s). Please note: this discount excludes Medicine.

Alumni discount

Buckingham alumni, as well as the children and spouses of Buckingham alumni, are entitled to a 5% discount on tuition fees while studying undergraduate or postgraduate courses at Buckingham (only valid for the first 2 years of the MBChB). To be eligible for the discount the graduate in question must have been awarded a qualification by The University of Buckingham.

British Armed Forces discount

A 20% discount on tuition fees is available to serving Officers in the British Armed Forces on the MA in Modern War Studies and Contemporary Military History course.

Early payment discount

Students wishing to pay their fees in advance will benefit from a discount of up to 2.5%. This discount will be applied to the gross amount of fees before any other discount is applied

• Payment for three terms in advance – 0.5%
  This would typically suit undergraduates starting in September and wishing to pay up to Preliminary exams in June
• Payment for four terms in advance – 0.7%
  For example, undergraduates starting in January or July paying up to Part 1 or MBA students paying for the whole of their course.
• Payment for five terms in advance – 0.9%
  This would typically suit undergraduates starting in September and wishing to pay up to Part 1 in December the following year.
• Payment beyond five terms in advance – 2.5% ( please note 0.9%will be applied to the first 5 terms and 2.5% from term 6 onwards )
