How to Apply

We accept applications year-round for our undergraduate and postgraduate courses. We have two major intakes per year, in January and September. We also offer flexible intake points for some of our postgraduate courses. Unlike many UK universities, you can always apply directly to us via our course pages.

Whether you are embarking on your first degree as an A-level student, wanting to study as a mature student, or looking at pursuing further study, the information below will explain how and when you should apply. Email our friendly recruitment team any time on info@buckingham.ac.uk if you have any questions. The University has a special duty of care towards applicants who are under the age of 18, and legally still children. Therefore to register with the University, students must have attained 18 years of age at the point of registration. Exceptionally, students who have attained the age of 17 at the point of registration and who turn 18 during their first term of study may be granted an exemption from this condition by the Dean of Faculty or their nominated deputy.

In the meantime, we invite you to explore our Virtual Open Day to discover our campus, accommodation options and two-year degrees, and to learn more about why students from all around the world choose Buckingham.
