Nadia Strone

Council Member

Nadia Strone is Vice President of HR at Equifax Ltd and has more than 20 years’ experience leading people strategy development and high-impact transformation within complex global businesses. Nadia spent ten years in financial services in New York with organisations such as AIG, Standard & Poor’s and Liberty Mutual, then moving sectors to spend over ten years at Avon, leading HR across Western Europe.

Nadia is highly skilled in shaping HR strategy to support business transformation, commercial success and drive cultural change for growth. She is passionate about leading with a strong sense of purpose, compelling people to tap into their own values to create a diverse, inclusive and engaged workforce. Nadia holds certifications in strategic HR management, executive coaching, and project management, and has an executive management MBA and a BA degree in psychology and business administration.

Nadia is a first-generation child of immigrants who was raised on the importance of higher education and the opportunities it can unlock. She therefore believes her role at the University to represent an opportunity to give back to the sector and provide a further voice for the University’s student body.
